Lance Moore grew up in Chelsea, Alabama and moved to the Madison area in 2009. His hobbies include golf, deer hunting, and deep-sea fishing.

He fell in love with the game of golf in the 90’s after attending the PGA Championship hosted at Shoal Creek.

After college, Lance worked in construction for 25 years and rarely had the opportunity to play the game he had grown to love. In 2020, he decided to sell his business and work toward his dream to become a golf instructor.

Lance has recently passed the Players Ability Test (PAT) and is currently enrolled in Level 1 of the PGA teaching program. He is working at the Madison Golf Center as a teaching apprentice under Jimmy Taylor.
